Ah Finally, Extra Slutty Olive oil!

Unpopular facts…. Slutty or Virgin… all oil is bad for you! Now I know the marketing has you believing that only certain oils like canola, vegetable or hydrogenated oils are bad for you but all oil including olive and avocado is because oil is a carcinogen and even more toxic once heated above 170 degrees.
.
Just think about your body as a cup of water, which it realistically actually is; what happens when you try to mix oil and water?  What happens to the cup when you pour out the oil and water? Which one lines the cup forever?
.
That’s what happens when you eat oil. If you’re suffering from inflammation, arthritis or gastrointestinal issues, besides dairy, oil is one of the first things you should eliminate from your nutrition.  Once you look at oil as a pleasure or indulgent ingredient, your health with vastly improve!

Generational Cycles of Well-being

One of the biggest misconceptions is that the health of a child starts when they are born. The health of a child begins with what their mother eats when they are pregnant. A child’s development in the womb is based on the nutrition the mother eats, their lifestyle and mental well-being during pregnancy.  A child’s developmental issues, allergies, and health are all pre determined by these factors in conjunction with genetics. The cycle of well being starts at conception and continues through childhood into adolescence and then adulthood. You can directly correlate the health of a child and their  development with studies conducted on the affects of eating particular foods and lifestyle.  Then take into account genetic triggers and you can clearly see the generational cycles of well-being.
.
While there may be exceptions to the rules with why some children can have zero injuries with vaccines while other do and while one child may been born completely healthy and a sibling  has developmental issues, it all comes down to chemical reactions during development and since no two dna are the same either are the chemical reactions to nutrition, lifestyle and genetic triggers.
You can not control wether the dna will have a positive or negative reaction to a hormone in animals products or a preservative in processed foods but you can control not exposing that dna to something that holds a risk.
.
Creating a lifestyle and nutrition that does not include consumption associated with developmental  risks and disease like animal products, processed foods, synthetic vitamins, food dyes and GMO’s removes the likelihood of continuing the vicious cycle of generational diseases and obesity.
.
Look at your families genetics and look up the foods that cause the diseases your family has a history of developing and avoid them, then look up the foods that prevent those diseases and eat them. Every person has a chance to create health and well being and breaking this cycle by controlling their nutrition and living a healthy lifestyle that including being active physically and working on mental well-being with consistency and the desire to make life better for the next generation.

Taste the Rainbow? No Thanks!

Taste the rainbow? No thanks!  I feel very fortunate that I was able to give Vivienne the first 2.5 years of her life without her ever tasting artificial colors but as life has it we can not control everything our children are introduced to & through school & marketing she got her first taste of artificial food coloring. Let me tell you that not only was the hyperactivity present within a second of the dyes touching her tongue so were many other symptoms.

.

Now mind you my daughter has a nutritional foundation that consists of whole unprocessed plant based foods. Her body is very sensitive to the smells, textures and affects of anything unnatural. The majority of the time when she wants to try a food that’s processed it won’t even get past her smelling it because her body doesn’t recognize things with dyes or additives as food. If she does taste it, she usually doesn’t like it & spits it out.  However, she does like gum balls and jawbreakers BUT she has realized she instantly becomes hyperactive, unable to focus and will ultimately get a tummy ache.

.

It’s fascinating that the symptoms produced by these dyes are immediate and undeniable.  I can understand how parents who have fed their children these dyes and other additives associated with these symptoms since they starting eating could miss that these foods are causing their children’s behavioral problems, giving their kids gut and headache symptoms.  If you couple the symptoms from food dyes, additives & add the affects of dairy to it, it would be impossible for a parent to even consider that the health symptoms, chronic colds/flu and behavioral problems aren’t genetic or natural and they’re actually being caused by what they’re feeding their child.

.

It’s only really apparent to me because I’m a nutritionist and I’ve studied these dyes and additives but because of the nutritional foundation I’ve created for my daughter, I can see the affects in real-time and can say with certainty that children’s development and wellbeing are being thwarted by the dyes and they are being diagnosed with illnesses and medicated for something that a change in nutrition will solve.

The 80/20 Split for a Healthy Life

Foods to eat in Moderation: .
20% of your nutrition can come from this list if you don't want to be full vegan and plantbased! Most people are surprised that they need to limit their intake of these foods. By reducing your intake of animal proteins and fats you highly reduce your risk for: heart disease, cardiovascular diseases, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, strokes, diabetes, obesity and Cancer.
*
By no means am I advocating that it’s at all healthy to eat animal products as I 100% believe it causes cancer, cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, erectile dysfunction, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, obesity, infertility, arthritis and more but I understand human nature. I would much rather see someone reduce their intake and recommend reasonable guidelines on consumption than be staunch and insist all vegan or nothing. Most people have eaten animal products their entire life and it’s not realistic to expect people to give it up over night, it’s a transition so I treat it accordingly
*

Eat in Abundance:

Eat to your hearts content. Your nutrition should be filled with bountiful amounts of fresh fruits, vegetables, beans and whole grains that feed your body the vitamins, nutrients, phytonutrients, antioxidants, minerals, essential oils and carbohydrates it needs to function in good health and prevent diseases while maintaining a healthy body weight! (Grains After 4 is for the Raw until 4pm Lifestyle)

*

Theses foods lower your risk for heart disease, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, obesity, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, stroke and Cancer. They boost the immune system, create digestive health, provide natural energy to the body, improve skin health, improve vision health, oral health and mental functions. *

The Coddling of Obesity

The coddling of Obesity

Before I offend everyone let me first state that in my lifetime I have lost a total of 227 pounds. 84lbs at 14 in an unhealthy way, 100lbs in a healthy way at 19 and after my pregnancy in a healthy way, 43lbs at 40 . I understand the intricacies of eating disorders first hand but also the development of disease through nutrition through multiple certifications in nutrition. My outlook is my perspective through my studies and personal experience and while it may be hard to swallow it’s intent is to promote health in longevity, respect of the world and the betterment of the human race as a whole of individuals.

As I write my 4th book, nutrition during pregnancy through early child development, during a Pandemic, I start to read a lot about the co-morbidities of those succumbing to covid-19.  Its interesting the worlds perception of health. It’s apparent from what’s being reported that taking pharmaceuticals to control someone’s blood pressure and cholesterol or on fertility hormones isn’t classified as unhealthy or co morbidity but status quo.

I am 40 years old, I weigh 149 pounds, I’m 5’8, my resting blood pressure is around 60/90, my cholesterol levels are exactly where they should be, I take no medications, have no gastric issues, no hormonal or fertility issues, had zero pregnancy symptoms and my only health issues are from being hit by a car.  If I died from covid-19 it would legitimately be from the virus.

I see a lot of people protesting being lockdown because they say they’re healthy and shouldn’t have to sacrifice for those that are at risk. I see many people scared of dying of covid-19 but not enough to realize that their obesity and reliance on the medical industry to keep their body alive instead of making the changes they need to in order to not be at risk. Now I understand there is always an exception to every rule but point blank the medical industry wastes a lot of its time and funding to develop ways for people to remain obese while their body gives clear signs its failing. Being overweight is a symptom of disease. If you do not have a healthy BMI and fall into your weight/height recommendations you are symptomatic. The symptom is excess fat storage. How much money has been spent to create pills for blood pressure, cholesterol, cardiovascular issues as well as procedures like gastric bypass and fertility. Imagine the natural diseases we could cure if every person took responsibility for their health instead of letting western medicine keep them alive in spite of their lifestyle.

Before the pandemic there were people dying of diseases because of the selfishness of people who don’t want to be held accountable for their choices. There have been multiple pandemics at the hands of eating animals yet nobody has altered their consumption. To see people want to deny protestors medical care if they contract covid-19 while the whole reason this lockdown exists is people eat animals which causes pandemics and the over consumption of animals leads to most diseases that waste modern medicines time.   I do not see the reflective reaction that their choices to coddle obesity put them at risk and  now they want everyone in world to bend over and coddle them some more.

To watch people post pictures of their quarantined food which is why they’re more susceptible in the first place and the reason for the pandemic is a new low of selfishness that is hard to swallow.

I understand the struggle to get on the path to health but I don’t understand the wallowing in the struggle without seeing significant immediate results. I lost 100lbs and kept it off for 20 years until i had a baby then got myself right back into a healthy weight. I want to live and I understand that if pills control my body and if an organ isn’t functioning properly or I’m emotionally struggling that I need to do something to remedy it. That is the accountability I see lacking in the world.  The reality is that when you live in good health you affect everyone and everything around you. Your body being self sufficient because you make good decisions, it creates health that spreads. It takes each individual striving to be a good accountable person that allows us to create change as a whole. All of this would help the environment, the economy, all industries and child development to ensure the future evolves in good health in a flourishing environment where nobody suffers at the hands of man made disease.

Individuality in Holistic Nutrition

The more I relate nutrition to individuality the more it’s evident that there is always an exception to every rule and an argument for every study. It’s forced me to adapt how I apply nutrition to the individual.  While one person may be able to smoke and drink to live to 101 another may succumb to disease at 35 to that lifestyle. I truly believe to each their own when it comes to nutrition.  The key is for people to take accountability for how their body is reacting to their lifestyle.  If you have no complaints then what you are doing is producing health!  If you’re complaining or there are symptoms to disease developing then you need to use nutrition to adapt your lifestyle to alleviate the results of your current lifestyle.

After a year and a half of trying to reduce the fat I put on my mid section during my pregnancy, I realized that my high-carb, low-fat, low-protein plantbased lifestyle wasn’t producing the immediate results I needed to feel better. Carrying extra weight causes issues for me with my hip so in order to reduce my pain levels and help with my mobility, I needed to lose at least 6% of my body fat. Along with changes to my physical therapy and fitness routines, I would need to change my nutrition to a restrictive diet for a short course of time. I tried doing plant based low carb but the amount of soy that I would have to eat would not be good for my long term health since my family has a history of estrogen based cancer. While reducing the fat on my body is for health, I always have to take into consideration genetics. After doing research on different types of protein and what diseases they’re linked to, I decided that an 8 week course of:

   1. adding egg; 3 times a week
   2. soy protein; 2x a week
   3. vegetables high in proteins

This change to my nutrition, as well as reducing my carbs, would still keep my risk levels of developing disease low, produce the desired result with the nutrition and hopefully not add any inflammation to my body.

Now I completely understand the backlash I may receive for my choice not to be completely plantbased in my nutrition!  I only added eggs and no dairy or any other animal product which I don’t feel has any relation to the development of cancer and disease, if only consumed 3 times a week. As someone who has lost 100Lbs twice and recently 41 pounds I can tell you my focus is human health and well-being through nutrition and lifestyle.

I am 8 weeks into the manipulation of my nutrition and changing my fitness routines. I have completely controlled my nutrition by not eating out. I know exactly what I’m eating with zero variables except for what I prepare. I have reduced my body fat by 6% and have lost 14 pounds. While I am seeing the weight loss results and do feel lighter on my joints, I am starting to see an increase in my inflammation.  I am starting to have issues with my mobility and pain so now that I’ve accomplished my immediate health issue, I will need to manipulate my nutrition back to completely plantbased to help combat my current issues because that is the only way for me to achieve improvement.

I’m very fortunate to have amazing doctors who work with me to slowly work on what we can do see improvements where we can make them using east meets west!  What’s most notable for me during this is how easily we can control our health by using nutrition and holistic means. We truly are what we eat and our health is definitely in our hands, we just have to do the work.

Matcha Green Tea

The best Matcha Green Tea comes from Japan where it is the staple ingredient upon which traditional Japanese tea ceremonies were built in the 12th century. Matcha has many health benefits, and a beautiful, distinct flavor. Matcha is essentially processed green tea leaves that have been stone-ground into a delicate powder. The powder is then sifted and whisked with hot water. .
.
What most distinguishes Matcha from other Green Teas is that matcha bushes are covered for up to 20 days prior to harvest to shade the leaves from direct sunlight. This is done to boost the plants' chlorophyll levels, which turns the leaves a darker, more vibrant shade of green, and increases the production of L-Theanine, an amino acid that occurs naturally in the tea plant.  Thanks to the L-Theanine in the tea it will give you both a calming and stimulant affect! .
.
Matcha is high in antioxidants, And contains a specific set of organic compounds known as catechins. Among antioxidants, catechins are the most potent and beneficial. One specific catechin called epigallocatechin gallate (EGCg) makes up 60% of the catechins in Matcha Green Tea. Out of all the antioxidants, EGCg is the most widely recognized for its cancer fighting properties. Scientists have found that Matcha Green Tea contains over 100 times more EGCg than any other tea! .
.
Matcha is a traditional delight in Japanese ceremonies while also adding a lot of health benefits. You can make delicious Matcha teas or bake with it as well and your body and mind will thank you! .

Benefits of Parsley

Raw Earth Medicine: Benefits of Parsley

1. Bone Health

Parsley is rich in many vital vitamins, including Vitamin C,  B 12, K and A. This means parsley keeps your immune system strong, tones your bones and heals the nervous system, too.

2. Detox

Parsley helps flush out excess fluid from the body, thus supporting kidney function.

3. Essential Oil

Parsley essential oil, when massaged into the scalp, may reduce hair loss. Use parsley essential oil daily, and you’ll feel relief from joint pain. That’s because the herb has anti-inflammatory properties.

4. Parsley Tea

Parsley tea relaxes stiff muscles and encourages digestion.

5. Anti-Cancer

Studies indicate that parsley, especially its essential oil, may have a role in inhibiting cancerous tumors. In fact, scientists have billed it a ‘chemoprotective’ food.  Studies show that myristicin, an organic compound found in the essential oil of parsley, not only inhibits tumor formation (especially in the lungs), but also activates the enzyme glutathione-S-transferase, which helps the molecule glutathione attach to, and fight against, oxidized molecules. Myristicin can also neutralize carcinogens like benzopyrene in cigarette smoke that can pass through the body, consequently fighting against colon and prostate cancer.

6. Antioxidants

Parsley is rich in antioxidant including luteolin, a flavanoid that searches out and eradicates free radicals in the body that cause oxidative stress in cells. Luteolin also promotes carbohydrate metabolism and serves the body as an anti-inflammatory agent. Furthermore, two tablespoons of parsley contain 16% of the RDA of vitamin C and over 12% of the RDA of vitamin A – two powerful antioxidants.

7. Anti-Inflammatory

Along with Luteolin, the vitamin C found in parsley serves as an effective anti-inflammatory agent within the body. When consumed regularly, they combat the onset of inflammatory disorders, such as osteoarthritis (the degeneration of joint cartilage and the underlying bone) and rheumatoid arthritis (a disease causing inflammation in the joints).

8. Healthy Immune System

The vitamins C and A found in parsley serve to strengthen the body’s immune
system. Vitamin C is support the production of collagen, the main structural protein found in connective tissue. This essential nutrient AIDS the body’s ability to repair wounds, as well as maintain healthy bones and teeth.  Vitamin A, strengthens and helps to defend the entry points into the human body, like the mucous membranes, the lining of the eyes, the respiratory system, urinary and intestinal tracts. Our immune system depends on lymphocytes, or white blood cells, which rely on vitamin A to fight infection in the body.

9. Healthy Heart

Regular use of parsley can help control your blood pressure. The folic acid in this herb is like a tonic for your heart. Homocysteine, an amino acid that occurs in the body, threatens the body’s blood vessels when its levels become too high.
Folate (or vitamin B9) found in parsley helps convert homocysteine into harmless molecules. A regular garnish of parsley can help ward off cardiovascular diseases, such as heart attack, stroke, and atherosclerosis.

10. Vitamin K

Parsley is rich in vitamin K, which is necessary for the synthesis of osteocalcin, a protein that strengthens the composition of our bones. Vitamin K prevents calcium build-up in our tissue that can lead to atherosclerosis, cardiovascular disease and stroke.  The vitamin K in parsley is essential for synthesizing the fat needed to maintain the myelin sheath around our nerves. Parsley helps support our nervous system as a whole.

Parsley not only makes a plate look beautiful as a garnish but it's also a wonderful herb that supports your entire bodies functions and systems.  We recommend you start incorporating Parley into your nutrition to achieve optimum health.  By eating parsley you're  preventing disease and strengthening your body! It's also delicious! Give it a try and remember to add parsley to your next meal!

Create a lifestyle you can live with!

5 Essentials Daily Habits

Here are 5 Essentials Daily Habits to include in your lifestyle to get your health going in the right direction:

1. Exercise: A body in motion stays in motion. Get yourself moving with 30 minutes of exercise at least 3 times a week to start. The more you get moving the more exercise your body will crave and the more energy you will have!

2. Water: Since our bodies are made up of mostly water and we use water to do many functions like detox and fuel our cells, it's important to replenish and hydrate daily to keep ourselves from getting dehydrated and storing toxins!

3. Anti-inflammatory: Most pain issues and diseases stem from inflammation. Instead of reaching for the Advil start including a Turmeric based natural Anti-inflammatory into your daily routine. If done daily you will see a continual drop in pain symptoms from inflammatory diseases like arthritis and you will prevent the body from future inflammatory issues!

4. Daily Elixir: Add an extra line of defense to your nutrition by having a tonic, probiotic or elixir every day.  They add water, vitamins, minerals, good bacteria and boost immunity while feeding your body what it needs to function in good health.

5. Juice: Cold Pressed Fruit and Vegetable juices help make sure that you get the proper amount of nutrients, vitamins and minerals daily.  They can help regulate all of your bodies systems and help support optimum health!

Changing your habits takes time. By slowing incorporating one of these into your lifestyle you will see improved health and a boost in your energy levels. Take it one at time until you develop the good habits you can maintain and then keep adding more until you've developed a lifestyle you can live with!

Being a holistic nutritionist!

Being a holistic nutritionist is like explaining to a child over and over again, why they can't eat glue. But it's adults.

And they were taught glue is good for them. An education paid for by the glue companies.

With studies that say glue isn't so bad.  Studies paid for by the glue companies.

Then everyone wonders why their bodies aren't lasting and they're getting sick.

You're filled with glue. How did you expect it to turn out?

But wait.

We have a glue reducer pill that allows your body to function on glue. The side affects are: it will destroy what isn't destroyed by the glue already but you will live maybe a few months longer, in agony but you can still eat your glue a little bit longer.

New studies prove that glue is acceptable to eat if you take the glue reducer pill. A study paid for by the pharmaceutical and glue companies.

Replace glue with chemicals, meat, dairy and pharmaceuticals.

That's how cancer, heart disease, type 2 diabetes, arthritis, obesity, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, MS, Cardiovascular Disease, Autism, ADD, ADHD; etc, Exists.

It's why there is a pill for everything.

You might as well be eating glue.

It's really simple!  What you eat either keeps you alive or kills you!  Don't eat glue.

Fruit Fuels Good Health

Fruit fuels good health!  Don’t fear the fruit! Fruit provides the body with essential vitamins and minerals that help contribute to overall good health while certain fruits help keep specific bodily functions operating seamlessly. This chart is a great reference for the benefits of fruit.
*
*
When you look at the overall comparison of what fruit provides the body verses what protein does for the body, it’s clear that your intake of fruit needs to be higher than your intake of protein in order for your body not to develop diseases. Keep your body running like a well oiled machine by making sure you have enough fruit in your nutrition!

You are what you eat: Constipation

Here’s a fantastic chart that shows foods that eliminate and/or prevent constipation. .

Recently, I had someone tell me that they are very constipated as a result of treatment for an autoimmune disease and they’re vegan so they exclaimed “I’m plant based” and all my blood tests are perfect. They told me that they use prune juice, eat prunes and drink castor oil as well as stool softening teas to help relieve it and eventually it works but they’re constipated immediately after.

I asked what their “vegan diet”’consisted of. Everything that this person eats is plantbased but processed as well as prepared in an unhealthy way. What they fail to recognize is that fake processed vegan foods are filled with binders, chemicals and sometimes preservatives. If it’s in the “food” to bind it before you eat it, what do you think it does inside your body when your body isn’t capable of processing and using those binders, while it is already having to process chemicals from pharmaceuticals for the autoimmune disease? It makes your stool bind together in your body causing major constipation.

If the natural remedies for constipation are working, it means that your body will digestively function normally when your body is fed whole natural foods it can process and is able to use without byproducts.

Since this person can’t eliminate the pharmaceutical treatments that may contribute to their issue, they have to keep their consumption of processed foods to a minimum in order to avoid constipation.

Switching from eating animal products to eating processed fake vegan foods is a lateral nutritional diet change.  It may be ethically right for the animals and reduce your blood pressure and cholesterol levels but it’s just as harmful as eating animal products. Keeping our nutrition focused on how to create wellness with properly functioning bodily functions and prevent disease or accommodate disease is how food becomes our medicine and our reward is health with minimal symptoms from whatever our body may be dealing with. .

You are what you eat!

3 tablespoons Coconut sugar

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 cup warm coconut or Almond milk

1 tablespoon Coconut or Avocado Seed oil, plus more as needed

.

For the dough:

.

Sprinkle the yeast over the warm water in a small bowl. After a few minutes, the yeast will begin to foam and bubble then set aside.

.

.

In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, and baking powder. Make a well in the center and add warm coconut/Almond milk, oil, and activated yeast. Work the dough well then using a floured board knead until the dough becomes smooth, soft, and pliable, about 5 to 10 minutes. Lightly oil the dough ball. Cover with plastic wrap in a bowl and allow the dough to rise undisturbed for 40 minutes to 1 hour. It should double in volume.

.

.

Assembly:

To form the buns, remove the dough from the bowl and roll it into 1 long rope. Cut the rope into 12 equal portions. Roll each piece and set them aside in a bowl. Using a rolling pin, flatten each ball into 4-inch circles, leaving the center slightly thicker then its edges. Put a heaping tablespoon of the filling into the center of each disk and pinch the tops closed to seal. Let rest for 10 minutes

.

Fill a bamboo or stainless steel steamer with water and bring it to a boil. Line with parchment paper. When ready to cook, place the buns on the parchment rounds and into the steamer

.

Do not overcrowd your steamer. Steam the buns in batches if necessary. Steam for 12 to 15 minutes, then remove the buns from the heat and serve them warm.

Aloe Vera Cucumber Cooler

Aloe Vera Cucumber Cooler

3 tbsp Aloe Vera Gel or Juice
Juice of one Lemon
Sliced Lemon
Sliced Cucumber
32oz Filtered Water or Sparkling Water
1 tbsp Maple Syrup (optional)

Mix Aloe Vera and Maple Syrup (optional) with Water then add the Juice of one Lemon, Lemon Slices and Cucumber slices to the Water.  Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving!

I keep this on hand in my fridge for a delicious flavored water when I don't want to drink just plain old water!  It's very refreshing and cooling on a hot day!

Drinking aloe vera juice is a very healthy habit, as it can aid in weight loss, digestion, and immune function. Aloe vera gel is a superfood packed full of vitamins and minerals. It contains B complex vitamins B1, B2, B6 and B12 as well as vitamins A, C and E. It is a good plant source of folic acids too.  Aloe vera aids in digestive health by balancing stomach acids, thereby helping your body to absorb the nutrients you consume. It also has laxative qualities, so if you ever have trouble with constipation, drinking a little juice from the aloe plant will help to get things moving again.

Body Image and Food

Oh how I use to HATE bathing suit shopping, even when I was 20lb lighter than I am today. Being an overweight elementary/middle school kid means you get a lot of negative comments about your appearance from others because it's the easiest and most obvious thing to make fun of you for. Those comments don't leave you very easily and it can really cause huge body image issues.

Someone once said "she would be really hot if she could thin out her stomach and hips" No matter how thin I got I still had these hips and curves that were considered too big to be attractive. Well, at least I thought so because of the comments that stayed with me.  I over worked out and ate a very restricted diet that I thought was healthy that eventually got me to my goal weight! .

.

Once my accident happened, I couldn't maintain my vigorous fitness routine and eat the low carb low calorie diet, that kept me tiny!  I had no choice but to fix my relationship with food and my body image in order to heal my body and overcome the challenges recovering from the accident would require.

Through eliminating processed foods, chemicals and animal products my relationship with food changed and so did my outlook on my appearance. My only focus was feeding my body to heal and be able to regain my physical abilities and it didn't matter if my hips were too big, it mattered that they were able to support me to stand. It didn't matter if my stomach gained a little fluff, it mattered that the muscles underneath would fire up again and help me to stand up right. My food became my medicine and my workout became my physical therapy, to support me and help me heal not to make me hot enough for others to approve of me.

I stand here today proud of my beautiful body that's getting stronger every day!  I've been on multiple vacations in the last 4 years and had to use a scooter to get around, now I'm preparing for a major trip overseas and my plan is to walk it all but even if I need the cane here and there it's still a huge victory for me and this amazing body of mine! Change your relationship with food and you will love your body!
