Tempeh Meatless Balls

Tempeh Meatless Balls

8oz Organic Tempeh
1 cup Chickpeas
3 tbsp Quinoa Flour 
2 tbsp Coconut Aminos
1 tsp Coconut oil
1 tsp Lemon Juice
1 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt
1 tbsp Garlic 
1 tbsp Dried Parsley 
1 tbsp Curry Powder
1 tsp Smoked Paprika 
1 tsp Liquid Smoke 
1 tsp Cumin

Mix all ingredients in a food processor. Form balls!

Bake: Place in glass cooking dish and Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes

Pan Bake: Using an expeller cooking oil spray, I used Avocado Oil Spray, spray your pan and heat it until its sizzling. Cook balls for 5 minutes or until brown

-minimal amount of oil in the cooking spray adds fat to the dish and the heated oil becomes a carcinogen which mildly raises your risk for cancer. It's still a healthier way to prepare this dish.

Pan Fry: Add a thin layer of oil to your pan and heat until sizzling. Submerge balls in the oil and fry until crisp on each side.
