Plant based Protein!
Lean protein helps increase your platelet counts and is essential for blood health but it doesn't have to be animal protein. These Protein recommendations are based off of a 125 lb woman and 155 lb man, so make the adjustments accordingly! Also, a friendly reminder about soy, it has to be organic. The GMO soy is directly linked to estrogen based cancer so buy all soy products organic! Now go get your Protein! 🤘🏻🌱
